Apteligent’s report also presented aforesaid iOS releases having more crash rates, with iOS 8, iOS 9, iOS 9.2 crossing past 3.2%, and iOS 9.1 is drawing near to that level. In difference, iOS 9.3’s highest crash rate is below 2.6%. All iOS releases have witnessed these issues, as you can see from the graph below :
Apteligent says that in Android 6.0 Marshmallow, its crash rate stood at 2.6% during the analysis. However, it is not a big difference, but iOS 9.3 still leads in this regard. It also tells us that Marshmallow can provide a same user experience. Android has been repeatedly criticized for its less stability than iOS, but the figures showthat Marshmallow to be very stable in day to day use.
